Abstract
Objective To observe the Halometasone (Halometasone Cream in peripheral y inserted central catheter (PICC) sticking parts contact dermatitis in application ef ect. Methods 60 patients with contact dermatitis were investigated and analyzed in patients with contact dermatitis after central venous catheterization (PICC). Results The contact dermatitis occur ed mainly in the area of PICC after the tube was placed in the tube, which was mainly related to the adhesive or disinfectant al ergy, the climate and the patient's resistance to the skin and the maintenance of the patients. Conclusion The reasonable selection of the coating and disinfectant, strengthen education, careful observation, found abnormal timely treatment, cor ect, standard of the implementation of home maintenance is ef ective prevention and control of contact dermatitis.关键词
