分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折效果探讨OA
Effect Analysis of the Treatment of Patellar Fracture by Internal Fixation with Split Type of Patella
目的：探析分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2015年6月治疗的50例髌骨骨折患者，实施分体式髌骨爪内固定进行治疗，回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果50例髌骨骨折患者使用分体式髌骨爪内固定进行治疗，治疗优良率是98%。结论分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折，不仅操作简单，固定性好，而且手术时间较短，不需要特殊器械的辅助，减少并发症的发生。
