Abstract
Objective To observe the treatment of 1 cases of esophageal carcinoma with intestinal obstruction after radical operation of esophageal carcinoma, and to summarize the nursing method. Methods The treatment of 1 cases of esophageal carcinoma after radical resection of esophageal carcinoma with intestinal obstruction by the method of gastrointestinal decompression, total parenteral nutrition and traditional Chinese medicine massage, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine enema. Results After 5 days, the patients were comfortable, the size was adjusted, no abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and the intestinal obstruction was completely relieved. Conclusion Good Chinese medicine overal nursing can reduce the pain of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
