摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological status of patients with gastric cancer after surgery and the family environment,and to study the influence of psychological nursing and family nursing intervention.Methods 37 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June were randomly selected,and the patients were treated with psychological investigation and family support.Results Psychological findings,postoperative gastric cancer chemotherapy,patients due to nausea,vomiting,diar hea and other adverse reactions induced by a variety of psychological problems,such as:low self-esteem,anxiety,fear,stress and so on,family support nursing intervention and psychological state in patients with mood be improved significantly,living quality score (27.44±1.56)compliance rate 91.89%.Conclusion Family support is a great psychological impact on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,they can feel warm,hope,firm faith in treatment.关键词
