摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive emergency care in patients with traumatic shock save application of the clinical ef ect of the operating room. Methods Select our hospital during the October 2013~December 2014 for traumatic shock should be emergency patients,86 cases of clinical surgery, were randomly divided into two groups,each group of43cases,respectively,to be a comprehensive emergency care (observation group) and conventional nursing (control group),compared the two groups after nursing rescue results and family satisfaction.Results The observation group, al the indicators is bet er than that of control group,the dif erence statistical y significant, <0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive emergency care in operating room to rescue patients with traumatic shock clinical application ef ect is good,high success rate,satisfaction is high,suitable for clinical extensive application promotion.关键词
