Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of intensive nursing intervention on the compliance of rehabilitation exercise in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,60 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group used the conventional nursing care,while the intensive group was used to strengthen the nursing intervention.Results After a month of care,the patients in the two groups of patients with rehabilitation exercise compliance can be seen,strengthen the group in the patients with enhanced nursing intervention has achieved 96.7%,compared with the control group only 63.3%,strengthen the compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise is higher than that of the control group, <0.05.Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can ef ectively improve the compliance of patients with esophageal cancer, and it is important to improve the prognosis and quality of life.关键词
