Abstract
Objective The purpose of this paper is to study on the clinical treatment of generalized anxiety disorder dif erences between tandospirone capsule and alprazolam tablets both safety and. Methods The method of this study was a control study. The patients were divided into 82 groups, 40 patients in the control group, two cases in the control group, 42 cases in the experimental group. In the process of the experiment for the experimental group of 42 cases with implementation of Tan helicity ketone capsule in the treatment of control group patients alprazolam. Before treatment, two groups of patients were implemented HAMA anxiety scale and HAMD depression scale and TESS side reaction, the first week, second weeks, eighth weeks, respectively, the above measures were also implemented. Results After comparing the two groups of patients in the treatment of the ef iciency of the treatment is not too big gap, the dif erence between the two is only 5%, not statistical y significant. However, the adverse reaction rate of the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group.
