Abstract
Objective The main purpose of this study is to study the nursing experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly patients. Methods A total of 68 elderly patients who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital during July 2012~2015, July, were col ected and sorted. In the course of the study, 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was the experimental group with 40 cases. The second groups were treated with open cholecystectomy. After the operation, the two groups were compared. Results In the course of the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 37 cases of patients with successful implementation of the operation, there are 3 cases of patients in the operation showed the fol owing: 1 cases of patients with local edema, due to the need to implement open surgery 2 cases. For the control group of patients, there were 14 cases of patients with adverse conditions, mainly has 5 cases of patients with infection after the implementation of the phenomenon, there are 9 cases of patients with abdominal distension. In contrast, laparoscopic resection in both the operation time and the ef ect of the surgery is bet er than the open group. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a higher practicability, it is worth to be popularized in clinic.关键词
