Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of the treatment and nursing of the patients with mental il ness who were not admit ed to hospital. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 85 patients with mental disorders were selected as the research object, in the course of the study, we selected some of the clinical nursing experience of nursing workers and patients with in-depth exchanges, and detailed records of the patients, and the results were analyzed. Results After nursing and communication, the results of 85 patients with the treatment of the patients were very satisfied with the results. But in the process of nursing, there are 12 patients with the drug reaction is relatively large, the nursing staf is not in place. At present, the nursing staf 's at itude and safety of nursing is satisfactory, but the patients general y reflect the lack of pertinence, and the ar angement of nursing staf is not very reasonable. Conclusion After a period of investigation, we found the problems in nursing work, so, in the time of nursing for patients with mental il ness must strengthen communication.关键词
