Abstract
With the improvement of medical technology, the development team for high school students volunteer service in hospital group has important ef ects on improving high quality. High school students actively participate in the volunteer activities, clinical by direct contact with patients, while understanding related il ness, and beneficial to the cultivation of personality. By participating in patient satisfaction survey and DaoYi volunteer service, can provide the students with the chance to work with hospital is closely combined with, let the student feel in the practice of"dedication, love, progress and fraternity" volunteer spirit, at the same time also can let students earlier contact with patients, helps to cultivate the students' good moral quality and medical ethics character, and high school students in the volunteer work can through observation, improve their communication skil s, the high school students to become a qualified medical personnel is very important in the future.
