Abstract
Objective To investigate the Xushi community elderly hypertension prevalence, and the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate analysis, and to improve the therapeutic ef ect of patients with hypertension. Methods In our hospital in June 2014 to August of Xushi community 65 years of age or older were free health examination, examination content, general situation: body temperature, blood pressure, height and weight, self-care ability evaluation. Lifestyle:physical exercise, eating habits, smoking, alcohol consumption. Organ function: oral, hearing, skin, lymph nodes, heart and lung, abdominal examination. Auxiliary examination:Electrocardiogram;blood test, blood routine, urine routine, fasting blood glucose, liver function (ALT), renal function (creatinine), blood lipid (cholesterol and triglycerides). Physical examination number 3528, including 1732 men, women 1786 people, physical examination rate 82%. Results The incidence of hypertension was 65 in the aged over 835 years old, and the incidence rate was 48.2%, and the incidence rate was 50.2%. The awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension were 5.8%, 23.6% and 26.8%, respectively. Conclusion The awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in rural areas need to be further improved.关键词
