Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of percutaneous tracheotomy expansion ef ect. Methods Select our hospital 30 underwent percutaneous tracheotomy patients as the research object, and 30 cases of patients with intraoperative blood loss, operating time and complications were observed and compared. Results 30 cases of patients with surgical time is (8.12±2.65) min, the bleeding average for mL (8.36±2.87);30 cases of patients, only 1 case of incision infection, the incidence of complications was 3.33%. Conclusion To do tracheotomy patients who suf er expansion tracheotomy can obtain significant clinical ef ect, and less blood loss, fewer complications, and is beneficial to patients recover at an early date.关键词
