伴有脑梗死偏头痛的临床特征与治疗观察OA
Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Migraine
目的：探讨伴有脑梗死偏头痛的临床特征以及治疗效果。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月我院收治的伴有脑梗死偏头痛患者80例，随机分成两组，每组40例，观察组采用氟桂利嗪联合阿司匹林治疗，对照组采用单纯性阿司匹林治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果经治疗后，观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.0%，对照组患者的治疗有效率为80.0%；观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论对脑梗死偏头痛患者实施氟桂利嗪联合阿司匹林治疗，能…查看全部>>
Objective To study the associated with cerebral infarction clinical characteristics and therapeutic ef ects of migraine.
