Abstract
Objective To explore and study the treatment of postoperative complications of cerebral ventricle drainage and infection.Methods Since January 1,2012 to 2015 January cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles or intraventricular hemor hage were performed in the ventricle outflow operation and postoperative infection of patients in 11 cases,in preserving external ventricular drainage tube downlink lumbar cistern drainage,also the ventricle outflow tube to be"vancomycin"ir igation of ventricle.Results Through lumbar cistern drainage of ventricle and vancomycin flush,8 cases patients with infection was control ed,resume normal cerebrospinal fluid,culture negative,1 case gave up treatment,2 cases infected with increased mortality,are multi drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanni .Conclusion The drainage of lumbar cistern and the"vancomycin"of the ventricle were significantly ef ective in treatment of patients with ventricular external drainage.关键词
