Abstract
Renal biopsy pathology kidney disease diagnosis and treatment technology,typing an important tool.To identify kidney disease,display,or distinguish certain special ingredient renal tissue,the choice of special staining methods.Renal biopsy examination including special staining include PAS (periodic acid-Schif staining reaction),PASM (methenamine silver staining)and Masson(Masson) staining.PAS staining tender display case tubular basement membrane protein deposition fine within the artery wal;PASM staining can show GBM cases;Masson staining can pinpoint immune complexes within the glomerular lesions.关键词
