Abstract
Objective Triple therapy (the use of drugs to two antibiotics amoxicil in and clarithromycin as wel as drug rabeprazole)study on H.pylori and peptic ulcer healing ef ect of the application in the clinic due.Methods From June 2014 to the end of 2014,which is six months stay in our hospital patients with peptic ulcer caused by H.pylori were 180 cases of the implementation of dif erent treatment modalities,60 cases were treated with rabeprazole triple law as the experimental group,while the control group a use of rabeprazole and amoxicil in treatment modalities,60 patients in the control group 2 uses rabeprazole and clarithromycin treatment modalities in 60 patients,the treatment cycle is 10 days,after six months to determine the experimental group and the control group 1 and group 2,and relapse rates eradication of H.pylori by reviewing endoscopy and rapid urease test checks.Results After 10 days of treatment in the experimental group for H.pylori eradication rate of 85%in the control group,66.7 eradication rate of 1%in the control group,65%eradication rate of 2;between the experimental group and the control group was significantly dif erence ( <0.05),six months after the relapse rate of the disease in the experimental group was 5.9%in the control group 1 was 17.5%in the control group 2 was 15.4%,the dif erence between the two groups was significantly ( <0.05). Conclusion Triple therapy and two combination therapy can play a role in the eradication of H.pylori,but the triple therapy bet er,lower relapse rate compared to the second joint therapy.关键词
