摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of transitional nursing mode in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods In the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of 48 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into into observation group and control group,each group had 24 cases,traditional rehabilitation treatment measures were adopted in the control group,observation group also take transition period nursing mode,nursing ef ect was compared between the two groups.Results After rehabilitation treatment,al patients with Fugl-Meyer score,MBI score and MMSE score were significantly improved( <0.05),compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly improved( <0.05). Conclusion Transitional nursing model can improve the recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
