Abstract
Objective To study the various auxiliary exposure method in single-arch laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the advantages, limitations and vitreoretinal surgery, explore joint application solutions.Methods Select 20 miniature pigs were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 10, only the control line by umbilical puckering method laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the experimental group respectively or jointly with magnetic anchoring device, silk thread hanging, miniature and micro devices traction steel needle in liver and other auxiliary exposure method to help complete the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Observe and record the methods of auxiliary exposure exposure stability,degree of exposure, exposure indices such as the adjustable range.Results Two groups of experimental animals in months of age, body mass, etc there was no statistical y significant dif erence ( >0.05), the observation group operation time was significantly less than the control group( <0.05), the observation group of intraoperatie blood loss was significantly less than the control group( <0.05), the incidence of intraoperative complications in the two groups had no significant dif erence( >0.05).Conclusion Combined use of a variety of auxiliary exposure method line single-arch laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and ef ective.关键词
