Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods In our hospital in January 2013 - 2014 years 12 month treatment of uterine endometrial lesions in patients with clinical data of 92 cases, respectively, by curet age and pathological result as the standard, including 31 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, uterine submucous myoma in 23 cases, 34 cases of endometrial polyps, endometritis in 4 cases. The diagnosis accuracy rate of two groups were compared with that of the control group, and the two groups were compared with that of the control group. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 98.9%, and the diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 81.5%, and the dif erence between the two groups was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial lesions by transvaginal ultrasound is more accurate than that of abdominal ultrasound. It has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
