Abstract
Objective Application ef ect of multi slice spiral CT coronary angiography,ECG and coronary angiography in clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods From February 2012 to January 2015,164 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research object.Al patients underwent dual source CT (DSCT),electrocardiogram (ECG)and coronary angiography (CAG)diagnosis.Results The positive predictive value,negative predictive value, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CAG diagnosis were not significantly dif erent from DSCT ( >0.05). The ECG diagnostic method was significantly lower than that of DSCT and CAG in the negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,( <0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of DSCT and CAG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with high specificity,sensitivity and accuracy.关键词
