Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of the change of progesterone in early pregnancy.Methods 280 cases of early pregnancy patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 TO December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated with the time dif erence between four and 5mL, and the serum was col ected in the dry test tube, and the serum was col ected and the serum was col ected.Results A group of two groups,the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05);the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05) between the three groups, the three and the four groups ( <0.05),and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The determination of progesterone in early pregnancy women,and timely and ef ective discovery of natural abortion and ectopic pregnancy,and then timely treatment,progesterone in early pregnancy change has important significance,worthy of clinical reference.关键词
