Abstract
Objective To establish microbial limit test for Qingre Mingmu Tea. Methods Verification test was car ies out by common method and nutrient medium dilution method.Conclusion It is ef ective and feasible that bacteria count were detected with nutrient medium dilution method;Mold and yeast count and control bacteria can be tested by using the conventional method .关键词
