Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of knee osteoarthritis withsodium hyaluronate combined with the application of Cu Ann Ned therapy.Methods Collected in our hospital in 2011 April -2013 year in August during thediagnosis and treatment of 51 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as the research object, using random number table grouping way divided into test group (27 cases) and control group (24 cases), patients in the control group the simple use of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment, experimental group uses Cu Ann Ned and glass sodium hyaluronate combined treatment, through analysis and comparison of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results The results showed that, before the treatment of knee joint function score in the test group (7.95+1.44), control group (7.86+1.28), after treatment of knee joint functionscore in the test group (1.68+0.92), control group (3.77+1.03), knee jointfunction test groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis using Cu Ann Ned and sodium hyaluronate combined therapy has a good clinical curative effect, can effectively promote the improvement of knee joint function, it is worth promoting in clinical application.关键词
