17 cases of malignant obstructive jaundice percutaneous liver puncture perioperative nursing of biliary drainage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the malignant obstructive jaundice percutaneous liver puncture biliary drainage key points of perioperative nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis of our department in June 2009,a line of interventional therapy and nursing in February 2010,17 cases of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.Results 17 cases all drainage is successful,most patients postoperative 1-3 d itchy skin symptoms reduced or disappeared,3 d review after liver function,serum bilirubin decreased obviously,postoperative jaundice also fade,patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension symptoms improved significantly,and obviously improve the quality of life. Conclusion To strengthen the malignant obstructive jaundice percutaneous liver puncture biliary drainage in patients with perioperative care , can significantly improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
