Abstract
Objective To analysis and Research on the application of clinical nursing pathway in clinical nursing method and effect of nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods During 2012 March to 2014 through the selection of March in our hospital 46 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, 23 cases in the control group, using conventional methods of care, the experimental group 23 cases, on the basis of routine nursing, nursing based on clinical nursing pathway, compared 2 groups of patients with hospitalization expenses time, hospitalization and nursing satisfaction.Results In the experimental group, the average hospitalization time was (7.2+1.5) days, average hospitalization expenses for (4723.6+ 783.1) yuan, nursing satisfaction for 97.6%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the 2 groups of P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion On the base of routine nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage, provide the patients with clinical nursing path care, can effectively reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce hospital costs, improve the quality of hospital nursing work.关键词
