Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of clinical application of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of pelvic abscess. Method 46 cases of pelvic abscess were randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, the patients in experiment group to laparoscopic operation treatment, the control group took the open operation treatment, and the clinical therapy of two groups were compared.Result Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume in the experimental group patients, postoperative exhaust time, the number of cells recovered to normal time and the length of hospital stay were lower than the control group of patients, there are very obvious differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Take the laparoscopic operation in the treatment of pelvic abscess disease, curative effect is exact, and fast recovery, less hospitalization time, complications, and is worthy of popularizing.关键词
