维生素D3水平与2型糖尿病肾病的关系研究
Study on correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the association between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods A total of 758 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into three groups according to serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level. Pearson correlation was used to assess the association of 25 (OH)D with blood glucose, blood lipids, urinary albumin excretion rate (uAER) and diabetic nephropathy. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed using diabetic nephropathy as the dependent variable. Results 73.6%of type 2 diabetic patients had 25(OH)D insufficien-cy or deficiency. 47.9%of the patients had diabetic nephropathy. Levels of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) , C reaction protein, CRP), uAER and DN morbidity were significantly higher in 25(OH)D deficient group than in 25(OH)D normal group(P<0.05). 25 (OH) D was negatively correlated with HbAlc, CRP and uAER (P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that 25 (OH)D deficiency was significantly associated with DN (OR=1.238, P=0.004). Conclusions 25 (OH)D deficiency is closely related with diabetic nephropathy, and could be regarded as an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy.关键词
