摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on gestational diabetes treatment time and the prognosis of maG ternal and infant relationship.Methods:from our hospital in April 2013 to 2014 April diagnosed gestaG tional diabetes patients were randomly selected in pregnancy before 34 weeks diagnosed patients,42 cases as the observation group,select another 42 cases at 34 weeks of gestation after diagnosed paG tients as control group,two groups of patients were after diagnosis were for treatment.Compared two groups of patients with maternal and infant prognosis.Results:in the observation group patients with ketoacidosis,diabetic eye disease,hypertension,the overall complication rate compared with the conG trol group were significantly lower,with statistical significance (P < 0.05);observation group of feG tal perinatal death,birth death,premature birth,the incidence of physical deformity and the control group were significantly lower,with statistical significance,(P <0.05),conclusion:early detection of gestational diabetes,and targeted treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications,improve prognosis.关键词
