Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgical treatment of pediatric hernia.Methods:Choose from August 2010 to August 2015 during a hernia in children 78 cases of children treated in our hospital for the study,the children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 patients in the observation group to take miniG mally invasive surgical methods for treatment of 39 patients in the control group taking only the tradiG tional surgical treatment method of treatment.Results:The observation group 39 cases of pediatric hernia in children after receiving minimally invasive surgery,operation time,average blood loss was significantly better than the control group,etc.treatments traditional surgery;postoperative compliG cations status is:children concurrent observation group the probability of occurrence of the disease was 10.3%;the probability of occurrence of complications in the control group was 46.2%.Conclusion:By pediatric hernia treatment for patients with minimally invasive surgery, can improve the therapeutic effect of the treatment of children,with a great medical value,but achieved good social benefits.关键词
