Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of crisis management in nursing management in priG vate hospitals.Methods:50 nurses in Department of internal medicine in our hospital as observation object,and 50 cases of nurses to implement crisis management,observe the nursing care of the crisis management before and after the crisis management of nurses'happiness score and the occurrence rate of operation accident.Results:there were significant differences in the scores of nurses'happiness score and the occurrence rate of nursing work in the pre crisis management (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:the effect of crisis management in nursing management in private hospitals is obvious,and it can greatly reduce the incidence of nursing accidents,improve the quality of nursing staff and improve the relaG tionship between nurses and patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
