摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst with different methods of hemostasis on ovarian function .Methods 90 patients with laparo-scopic ovarian cyst were treated by-2015 in our hospital from March 2014 to March.The patients were divided into three groups according to the method of hemostasis . The A group was treated with conventional suture,and the B group was treated with single stage coagulation and hemostasis .To observe the basic sex hormones,the num-ber of the sinus and the number of the patients in the three groups.Results Estradiol(75.44 6.4)in A group was significantly higher than that in B,C two group,the fol-licle stimulating hormone(6.54 +2.1)and(9.1 1.2)had no obvious change,but the number of sinus oocytes(5.2 +1.4),and the abnormal rate of 16.67% were lower than those in B and C groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery,conventional suture method for ovarian function is minimal ,compared with the electric coagulation hemostasis method has a strong advantage ,it is worthy of clini-cal promotion.关键词
