依那普利与苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗肾性高血压150例效果分析OA
Enalapril and amlodipine besylate in the treatment of renal hypertension 150 cases analysis
目的 探究和分析依那普利以及苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗肾性高血压的临床效果. 方法 在病例中抽取300 例作为此次研究对象,均为我院2013年2月份到2015年5月份接收的符合诊断标准的肾性高血压患者. 随机分成对照组和实验组,各150 例. 对照组患者单用依那普利进行治疗,实验组联合依那普利以及苯磺酸氨氯地平进行治疗. 观察和对比两组患者的治疗情况. 结果 两组患者临床疗效存在显著差别,实验组的总有效率为94%,比对照组的73.3%要高,P<…查看全部>>
