Abstract
Objectives To investigate the clinical analysis of the symptoms of myasthenia gravis increased by fluoroquinolone antibiotics .Mtehods 8 patients with the increased symptoms of myasthenia gravis were selected during 2009 March to 2014March in our hospital after fluoroquinolone antibiotics exposure .The characteristics of acute exacerbations of myasthenia gravis were analyzed,such as age,gender,absolute score,prior type,precipitated,concurrent discase,onset/symptom/degree of exac-erbation,use of antibiotic ,therapeutic measures and prognosis(one month later).Result 8 patients(5.88%)with acute exacerbations of myasthenia gravis after fluoro-quinolone antibiotics exposure,The main syndromes included dyspnea,dysphagia,weakness of limbs and blepharoptosis of upper lid.Conclusion In the treatment of my-asthenia gravis,fluoroquinolone antibiotics exposure can make the symptoms worse.In the process of anti-infection therapy should be used carefully,in order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.关键词
