女性阴道微生态综合评价体系在阴道感染中的临床应用

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of vaginitis multi tests .Methods Thevaginal secretions from 20000 gynecological outpatients were tested with the vaginitis multi testsand microscopical examination ,the two methods were compared with each other by kappa .Results The vaginitis multi tests compared with micro-scopical examination:The homology rate of hydrogen peroxide was 93.6%,the false negative rate was 8.06%,κ=0.806,U=18.2,P<0.05,had good consistency;The homology rate of leukocyte esterase was 81.1%;The homology rate of bacterial vaginosis(BV)was 93.9%,the false negative rate was 6.9%,κ=0.793,U=10.3,P<0.05,had good consistency.Conclusion The vaginitis multi tests is easy to operate and economizes on manpower. There is no significant difference with microscopical examination in detecting hydrogen peroxide、leukocyte esterase and neuraminidase,therefore the vaginitis multi tests can content the clinical requirements of basic hospi-tal.关键词
