Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of peripheral nerve block combined with intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with lower extremity Department of or-thopedics operation.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients who underwent surgical treatment of elderly patients with lower extremity surgery were retrospectively ana-lyzed from May 2014 to May.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of anesthesia.The patients in observation group(52 cases)were treated with peripheral nerve block combined with intravenous anesthesia,and the control group(40 cases)were treated with simple intravenous anesthesia.The changes of HR, SBP,DBP and the operation index were compared between the two groups.Results The time of extubation and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of peripheral nerve block combined with intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with lower extremity surgery was significant.关键词
