复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝后肝硬化临床探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of compound Biejiaruangan tablets combined with entecavir treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis clinical curative effect . Method in our hospital were 100 cases of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group ,50 cases in each,while the control group was treated with en entecavir treatment observed group in the control group based on the combined with compound Biejiaruangan tablets for treatment . Results after treatment,the two groups showed great improvement in liver function ,serum liver fibrosis index and HBV -DNA,and the observation group was better than control group.The total effective rate was 92.4% in observation group and 75.6% in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets combined grace entecavir can effectively improve liver cirrhosis and hepatic virus recurrence .关键词
