Abstract
Objective To explore the refractory depression patients receiving escitalopram combined with quetiapine in the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety of.Methods Included in our hospital in recent years were refractory depression patients as the research object ,randomly selected 78 cases and according to the regimen in the treatment of the grouping and control study,control group(38 cases),acceptance of escitalopram in the treatment of observed group were 40 cases,in the control group on the basis of the treatment combined with quetiapine .In the 2 groups of patients in the heart to improve the degree of improvement and adverse reactions .Results The psychological status of patients were measured by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before and after treatment for 1 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks,respectively.The improvement of the 2 groups was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05),and the 2 groups had no special treatment.Conclusion The refractory depression patients were treated with escitalopram combined with quetiapine square case treatment can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
