Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation for standards comparison technology and the existing problems in carrying out the work of Chinese and foreign standards comparison, puts forward a set of methodological model for Chinese and foreign standards indexes comparison, realizes the rapid extraction of standards literature’ content to build library and classify organizations through automatic content structuration. It also analyzes key and difficult points of carrying out the work of Chinese and foreign standards comparison, puts forward a constructive solution and provides the support for carrying out standards comparison work in the future.关键词
