Abstract
Standard is the technical basis of economic and social activities and its coverage ranges from industry, agriculture to service industry and public service field, having a profound impact on the economic, social, political and cultural development. This paper analyzes the current situation of standard resources in Hunan Province and expounds the requirements of development of standard resources, proposing the goals at first, second and third levels for the development of standard resources in Hunan province.关键词
