摘要
Abstract
To analyze theelectro-mechanical transient, mid-term and long-term dynamic impact of battery energy storage system (BESS), this paper proposed a multi-time scale model of BESS, whose components were described in detail. The proposed model was realized in PSD-FDS program and verified by samples, and it provided simulation tools for analysis of grid-connected BESS. Based on the model, numerical researches were carried out on multi-time scale performance of large-scale grid-connected BESS, and its electro-mechanical transient, mid-term and long-term characteristic and grid-connected impact were analyzed. The simulation results show that BESS can improve the stability of power system and smooth the fluctuations of new energy power generation effectively.关键词
