Abstract
The article summarized key issues studied in developing of the 600MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler at Sichuan Baima power generation plant. The issues include the solids particle mixing in dense bed and suspended heat transfer surface, gas-solids suspension density profiles in a super high riser, bed material balance and its overturn condition between a breeches-leg, gas-solids flow distribution among different cyclones, heat flux distributions on water wall, division wall and suspended heat transfer surface, thermal-hydraulic characteristics, local voidage variation with interrupting circulating loop(s) during operation, and erosion problem and protection on water wall. Solutions to the issues were suggested based on plenty of experimental and numerical study. Successful operation of the 600MW CFB boiler verifies the work.关键词
