摘要

Abstract

A new type of contactless synchronous motor rotor excitation system is formed to exclude security risks that the brush and slip ring may bring to a new energy vehicle’s drive motor excitation system, the high frequency power magnetic field produced by contactless pot core transformer could achieve excitation energy transfer. Firstly this paper established a contactless pot core transformer mutual inductance modeling and analyzed transformer’s characteristics, used series-series parallel compensation system to improve the energy transfer efficiency. Then, two kinds of transformer winding structures were presented that could achieve energy transmission when the primary winding and the secondary winding were under the state of relative rotating. Two kinds of transformer structure’s transient characteristics were compared and analyzed by using ANSOFT 3D software. It verifies the safety and high efficient energy transmission of contactless transformers under the condition of relatively high speed rotating from the tests of an 1 kW contactless prototype.
