摘要
Abstract
Field experiment and fermenting test were carried out to study the effects of yield and amylopectin content on quality of fer-mented glutinous rice. The results showed that the difference of glutinous rice yield is bigger, the variation of grain yield from 2 754.6 to 6 590.4 kg/hm2, the larger direct role on yield were the effective panicle and the spikelets per panicle. There is no significant cor-relation between the yield and the amylopectin content of glutinous rice, Nuofeng 1 and Huinuo 330 have higher yield and amy-lopectin content in 12 glutinous rice. There is a significant positive correlation between the sugar degree of fermented glutinous rice and amylopectin content of glutinous rice.关键词
