马病毒性动脉炎病毒中和试验的建立以及与ELISA 方法的比较研究
Establishmant of EVA Virus Neutralization Test and Its Comparison with ELISA for Detection of EVA
摘要
Abstract
The equine viral arteritis virus neutralization test(VNT)was developed according to OIE《Manual of Diagnosis Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals》. Total 182 horse sera from Guangdong province and 7 standard negative and positive sera were tested with EVA VNT and ELISA,respectively. The result showed that the positive coincidence rate and negative coincidence rate of the two tests were 43.48% and 96.34%respectively,and the total coincidence rate was 93.12%;Sensitivity and specificity of the ELISA were 71.43%and 93.96% respectively,as the VNT was taken as “Gold Standard”. In conclusion,the ELISA was not suitable for EVA antibody test.关键词
