摘要

Abstract

Over the years,the animal husbandry and veterinary departments and their subordinated supervision institu-tions continuously strengthened special rectification of pigs died of diseases,thus effectively preventing the dead pigs from flowing to the table. But the financial departments at various levels only provided loss subsidies of pigs died of diseases in slaughtering stage and its biosafety disposal subsidies,and ignored the loss subsidies of dead pigs in breeding stage. The departments of environmental protection,insurance,food safety,industry and commerce,animal husbandry and public security have not yet formed sound coordination mechanism. All these are the hidden risk factors causing dead pigs in breeding stage to flow to the table. The governments should formulate policies of loss subsidies of dead pigs as soon as possible,intensify rectification and establish multi-sector cooperation mechanism so as to prevent the dead pigs in farms from flowing to dining table.
