摘要
Abstract
Xiangshui county was in thesecond batch of pilot countiescarrying dead animal biosafety disposal in Jiangsu Province.At present,various mechanisms wereestablished in Xiangshui county,including registration,collection, transportation and processing of dead livestock and poultry,fund management and insurance linkage.Problems of secondarypollution were basically resolved,therandom discardingof dead animals waseffectively controlled and certain economic benefit was achieved. Suggestions were put forward,such as governments should take the initiative, subsidy and insurance scope should be continue to expand,andpolicies and standardson residual oil recycling should be further improved.关键词
