Abstract
The village animal epidemic prevention staff is important basic force of the grassroots animal epidemic prevention work. Under the new animal disease prevention and control situation,Xinbang town of Songjiang District, Shanghai actively explored and practiced the performance appraisal mechanism for village animal epidemic prevention staff,promoting greatly the work enthusiasm for village veterinarians and ensuring efficient development of veterinary work at village level.关键词
