Abstract
Afghanistan is rich in mineral resources reserves. Proven reserves of mineral resources include base metals and precious metals, industrial minerals, coal and precious stones. Most of which has not been developed. In Afghanistan, the Ministry of Mine managed the metals, nonmetals, coal, and oil and gas (By special laws and regulations) as a whole. When the new government came in, they regarded the mining industry as the pillar industry for the revitalization of the economy and government dependence. In recent years, the mining law has been revised several times, and due to the cabinet's veto, the new law was temporarily suspended.关键词
