Abstract
This paper analyses the characteristics of watershed land use:big land use types of forest land, cultivated land and water area; obvious regional difference of land use overall arrangement; the great impact of water factors on utilization function; and outstanding of ecological function status. The development of watershed land will produce serious soil erosion, land pollution, and degradation of wetland functions. In response to this, countermeasures and models for development and utilization are offered:water and soil conservation work and water environment treatment must be strengthened; functional zoning of land utilization should be carried out;the ecological defence must be established;and watershed land use and management mechanism of cross-administrative region must be set up.关键词
