Abstract
Web-based reimbursement information system has many merits such as simple and convenient, standard, less errors, and cost savings for the work of reimbursement. Network reimbursement approach, which makes the budgeting management and control timely and accurate, can ensure cash safety so as to supervise the money flow and make financial information available. This paper analyses the issues that might need attention:security is the premise, while the crux is to develop software which is powerful and can links up with online banking system. System operation will rely on solid basic work and publicity.关键词
